Aquapure 1400 resets to 0%

My Jandy Aquapure 1400 keeps resetting itself to 0% chlorine production. I'm not home to troubleshoot what's happening and I'm getting information through my wife. She added salt a couple of weeks ago and set the chlorine production to 0% for 24 hours. After that she set it back to 50%. Well, a few days after that she noticed the pool was green so she went to check the control panel and the chlorine production was back to 0%. So, she set it once again to 50%. She checked again this morning and again, the chlorine production is back at 0%. Has anyone had this problem before?
