This system is old. Installed in 2007 or so.
PCB-MAIN was replaced with a new one around 2015. The only major change to the system in the last 15 or so years is the replacement of the old single speed pump with a variable speed one in 2018.
Cell info on the diagnostics menu is fine, 26 volts, 6 amps.
Cell tests fine at local pool store. (it's about 3 years old)
We have NO errors on the display - ... everything appears to be operating normally.... we just are not making chlorine.
questions:
1. Since I cannot seem to locate a good service manual for the aqualogic (just the installation and operators manuals) - .... are the rectifiers in the SWG circuit? Could they be the culprit here?
2. Do I have the precursor to the dreaded "K1" relay problem - where the solder joints are slowly degrading ... just haven't failed yet?
anyone seen a problem like this?
