Aqualogic reading 0000 salt regardless of level

My aqualogic shut clarification off. At first the salt level was over 5000. I brought salt back down to 3000 but still reading 0 even instant reading with +32.81 volts 0 amps & -32.33 -0.10 amps. Not sure how old t15 cell is but ive owned home for 4 years

I just got mine tested and it failed, so I guess that is my issue and maybe yours since we have same diagnostics.

Problem is with circuit board, not cell.
Remove circuit board and check for burns around the relays...then if burnt, resolder connections.
Similar to the No Cell Power issue.

SWCG cells should never need cleaning if your pool water chemistry is properly managed.

How do you know it's not the cell if it has not been tested independent of the system?? Enquiring minds want to know??
