Aqualogic High-Amps Error, W3T-CELL-15 Error

I'm having problems with my Aqualogic board tripping an error that reads "Chlorinator Off High Salt/Amps".

Randomly the light will flip on and if I turn the pumps on/off a few times it usually goes away. But it's happening about 50% of the time and I don't want to be babysitting it. FC has been inching down and I'm having to supplement with liquid.

Some notes:
- Last added salt was 14 days ago, so I know it's well mixed
- 4200 salt level read by test strips (Aqualogic reading instant reading is 3800)
- Didn't catch the diagnostic when the light was on but once it cleared I got: +24.52V +7.71A and -24.37V -7.81A which seem within normal ranges
- Cleaned the salt cell yesterday with a 50/50 acid/water bath, rinsed and reinstalled

History:
- May 2019 - had the low amp issue and successfully completed the K1 relay fix
- Sep 2021 - replaced the Hayward TCELL15 with a W3T-CELL-15 (from poolsupplyunlimited.com)
- May 2022 - starting having intermittent problems described above

Full test results:
FC 5
CC 0
CYA 60
pH 8.0
Salt 4200 (reagent strips)
TA 100
pool temp 90F

Anyone know why this is random? If 4200 salt is too high for this SWG, it was ideal for the original Hayward unit.

THANKS!

4200 salt and 7.8 amps is too high and causing the system to shutdown.

Reduce your salt towards 3200 ppm.

I added some water today, will keep it trending down. I always felt the prior SWG performed better close to the 4000 level
Well that is why you overheated your board and needed to fix the K1 relay.

Higher salt causes higher amps which causes more heat at the board.
