AquaConnect - sync issues

So my AquaConnect has worked for over five years now and suddenly the information I get to the app for temp and other readings is not accurate as to what is on the panel. Also, when I turn things on and off, there is no synchronization between the panel and the app for what is on/off although both still can use the relays. Also have no access to the actual Panel menu from the app.

Is there a way to remove and reinstall? I tried to create a new account using the Mac address and was told it was unavailable.

Removing and reinstalling will not fix whatever communications problem there is with your panel.

You need to look at how your panel is connected to the Internet and Haywards servers.
