Aquabot breeze 4wd. Controller led blinks fast

Controller led blinks fast. Robot doesn’t move.

If robot is unplugged from controller the LED does as expected.... guessing my aquabot (which hasn’t even seen 2 full pool seasons) motor or wiring/cable is the problem.

Anyone else ever see this ?

I got it fixed. The wires inside the swivel tore out of the connectors that splice the wires together. Someone wasn’t being gentle with it. ......

These are the same IDC connectors in the swivel.

Just re strip the wires and go brown to black and red to white if your wires break on the top end of the swivel.

Use these to reconnect brown to black and red to white if repairing the top end of the swivel.

Interestingly enough I spoke to a service center about an hour from me and the usual "fix" is to completely cut out the swivel, re-splice the wires and heat shrink it all back together. The tech said it was water tight and no more swivel coming apart.


I guess that's what I may do if the swivel continues to give me fits.
