My aqua trol rj is reading no flow and pump will not turn off while plugged into unit. New board has been put in because it went out last week. Any ideas?

Pressing the diagnostic button sequentially will display:
Setting AL-7 is return jet and does not use a flow switch.
If you have an “RJ” (Return Jet) model, you won’t have a flow switch and the No Flow should be deactivated.
The RJ model setting is AL-7 in settings.
The regular model AquaTrol with a flow switch uses AL-6 in the settings.
- Default salt display
- Pool temp
- Cell Voltage - When not generating, the voltage is about 30 to 32 volts dc. When generating, the voltage drops about 1 volt per amp of current.
- Cell current
- Desired output (% of the knob)
- Instant salinity
- Product name. AL-0, AL-1, AL-2...AL-6, AL-7 etc.
- Software revision (r.XX)
- Cell type

Aquatrol RJ does not use a flow switch.
The Aquatrol HP requires a flow switch.
They use different boards.

Probably got the wrong board.

I'm assuming they bought or were sent the incorrect board since it is indicating no flow.
I checked the continuity on the timer and it is closing appropriately. I then check the continuity on the board for the pins that go to brown wires and there was none. They are issuing a return a hopefully that will do it
