So i have had the pool open for a couple weeks now and have gotten all the chemicals right and temp above 70, but the SWG is giving me these errors (low salt and High cell current and cell voltage below 19v. The back board was replaced by me two summers ago and has been working fine. As for the salt issue the board reads zero salt and there is 400 lbs in the pool that I put in the other day. Any help would be great. I have a back board on order, but if this is something easily fixable I would rather do that

The unit is approximately 10 years old the cell was replaced last year. I have been in this house for three summers now

I had a problem two summers ago with a back board voltage issue. There was a fried connection. Replaced the back board and it worked perfectly. Now I am getting this issue

The unit is seeing flow so there is no air lock situation, and it’s not reading any salt. Doesn’t even say 00 it is just - -

Yes the whole cell was replaced including the body and the cable

You got a "Warranty" replacement cell, which doesn't come with a warranty or a trisensor.

A better choice would have been a PLC1400 Cell kit.

In any case, you might want to get a new Aquapure power supply since you have a new cell.
