We have a salt water pool with a Hayward pump and a T-Cell-15 TurboCell Salt Chlorination Cell. And as of yesterday we are seeing the Check System / No Cell Power 2, Chlorinator Off / No Cell Power messages on both the unit and on our Aqua Pod Handheld Remote Control for Pro Logic and Aqua Logic. We took the box apart and the circuit board looked surprisingly clean and no sign of burns. Soooo, I called and have scheduled a pool service for $85 to come check it out. And then the woman who works there promptly said that a new board is about $700! I’ve been reading for two days trying to find something else that this error means but without success. We have a guy that takes care of our pool but the error messages showed up after he left (his weekly pool upkeep). I called him and he was unaware and offered no help. Does anyone have any help to offer? By the way, I haven’t found anything online that resembles our much smaller PCB. Any advice would be so so appreciated. And thanks in advance.

Did you remove the circuit board in the prologic box?

What is the model number of the prologic box?

What are the first four characters of the serial number of the prologic box?

Model number and serial number should be on the door of the box.

The serial number should start with 3L or 5L.

and here is what our panel looks like. See attached image.

Here are a few photos of the front side of the board. Yesterday after undoing so many things, we looked at it and didn’t see anything that looked burned in fact it all looked surprisingly “clean”.

Also, I think I saw a new board on Amazon, ok, stop laughing. Who’d a thunk. Anyway I’m going to check the numbers but you f it turns out to be the correct one, it was $466. Although sooo expensive, it still is better than $700 +/-!!

We will check it in the morning. We actually pulled out all three of the fuses to check them and they all looked good. Thanks sooo much. We’ll check it out in the morning and reply back with photos.
