I have an aqua flo xp2 that is trying to start but wont get past the click and initial spin. I tried to keep it spinning by running a tie down over the shaft and it spins freely but will not stay spinning. Its a brand new spa pack and I tried to swap pump 1 and pump 2 to see if it was a board or power issue and have narrowed it down to the pump. I am draining the hot tub now and was leaning toward pulling it apart and seeing if it was an impeller issue. Any ideas on what else it could be?
