Using 10% will work fine. The 0.5 % will not make a material difference and the chlorine probably degraded a bit anyway.
Understand that all this stuff is approximations from your pool water volume, to the chlorine %, to the amount you add. Don't get too hung up on precise numbers. Add it and then test and see what you actually got in FC.
