I normally use this app during the day... I can't find a setting to override this. My phone is set to switch to dark mode only after dark.

Also be sure your zip code is correct in the app settings - it may think u are in a location that is currently dark.
Sorry I have an iPhone. Yes, the correct zip code is there. The iPhone app looks different than the Android. Found setting not on the Settings menu; but on the "About TFP" menu. It was set to "Default". Changing it to Always Light fixed my issue.
