Anyone using mas985s drip feeder for chlorine successfully?

Bama, now that you've had the valve a few days, any problems worth noting?

None whatever. It's working great. I've adjusted it a few times and it adjusts the flow smoothly. Night and day different than the quarter turn valves that I've tried.

I was really surprised that it will adjust as low as it does considering it's on the suction side of the pump. I think I could get it down to 1oz/hr if I tried a little. You really need a calibration chamber if you want to get it that low. It'd be easy to make one if you needed to.

I still haven't heard from the other valve but I suspect that it'll just show up one day without warning.

I'm in no hurry this late in the year, but if it shows, will gladly take it off your hands

Once you have it set to proper flow, would it be easy to mark to reset it when you have to?

My feeling is that it would, though I haven't actually tried it. Next time I fill the container I will try it and see what happens.

I figured I would somehow mark it for repeatability, but as touchy as the valve I had was to set, it would have been tough.

I tried it the other day and while I'm not sure it is repeatable to the drop/min or anything close to that, it went back exactly where it was as best I could tell without holding a stopwatch on it.
