Anyone know what these spots are

They’ve been here since I’ve lived in this house for 6 years.

It is a pebble tec pool.
They’ve never gotten worse or better(did acid wash 2 months ago)

Are those bleached streak areas near the return jets?

If they're about 3" in width closest to the wall, they may be stains from trichlor tablets. If allowed to sit on the surface, the acidic mixture slowly works it's way down slope as they dissolve, leaving a comet-like tail. If so, you'll have to live with them.

Yep! Thanks. They’re all 3” round and streak towards the deepest.
