Anyone have artificial turf, with pets - how do you get rid of urine smell?

Little Elm Texas
I tried simple green outdoor, but I only did it once a month last year. I also may not have sprayed enough.
With it getting warmer in Texas now, we started to smell the urine again, so I bought the expensive Wysiawash system, which I think is just a chlorine sprayer.
This does not seem to be doing anything either. (Does Chlorine break down urine like an enzyme?)

Anyone have any experience or suggestions?

Baking soda? I am trying to remember what I read about that. You need to neutralize the ammonia and urea. Lime is going to be stronger than baking soda but is the same idea. If you go with something that strong, test a small area first...
