Any recipes for drink or food for first time pool owner you swear by?

We are pretty simple people, so i imaging a lot of beer/hot dogs/ hamburgers on grill this summer. But when we have guests, id like to make it a little more memorable

Do you have any recipes for food or drink that people love and demand whenever they come over??

This is probably a no brainer and feel kinda silly for saying; but make sure paper and plastic all around. It takes one broken glass to cause a major nightmare. Although I do allow beer bottles with thick cozies.
