The impeller is clean, but now it won't power on after plugging in the controller and pressing the cycle 1 button.
I am out of warranty, and Marina sent me videos to check the voltage of the controller and blue cable; I will do that tomorrow.
In doing several attempts of: unplugging, repowering and starting, the blue light in the back blinks 3 times, and the robot does nothing. In 2 of those attempts, the robot came to life, blew water from the top, moved a foot or so, and then stopped completely. The tracks are clean and there aren't any obstacles inside from what I can see. I checked the pins in the swivel assembly, and they look perfectly golden-colored and fine.
I will test the voltage tomorrow, and will probably have to get an out-of-warranty repair by Maytronics, which will be expensive, I assume.
I will report after tomorrow's voltage tests, but I ask if there's anything else that I can check before I get the eventual repair invoice from Maytronics.
thank you
