Any idea what can damaged a spider gasket changed one month ago

Have you been vacuuming up sand or gritty material?

No.
I just removed the full head, to see if something else is damaged, I don't see anything wrong

I don't understand why a tab feeder could be the culprit IF it's the last thing plumbed in AFTER the filter? I've durn sure seen it happen when a friend had the tab feeder plumbed BEFORE the filter!

When the pump is off, the tabs continue to dissolve.

This creates a very toxic, corrosive mix of acidic, chlorinated liquid and gasses that migrate away from the feeder and into the rest of the system.

Could a check valve prevent that if installed on the system?

My feeder is before and after, the filter between (see my picture) as requested by pentair.
Could be another way to install it and avoid that?
