Any code experts? Question about electricity

Saw this beautiful pergola online and it got me to thinking. Is there anything code wise that would make this not acceptable? “This” meaning electric lights & ceiling fans being in close proximity to a residential pool?

I am not an electrician, but NEC 680.22 B states a new light or fan installed above the pool (or within 5 feet of the edge) need to be at least 12 feet above the water.
Your local code could have additional limitations

X2. Also will have to be GFCI and copper wire.

Anything near the water needs GFCI protected; inside or out.
