Another in Texas - Cypress

But while you wait... We went to a huge yard decor place called Frazier's on 290 last week and it was really awesome. Definitely recommend it for all of you Texas friends. Here are pictures of just some of what we saw. This place was huge!! They ranged from really cool to weird and had such a huge variety. A seriously fun trip with the family.

What does the Fox say? [emoji23]

They have pavers and stone too.

This one I kind of want to get for hubby for his birthday. Lol. He loves monkeys but he's $250. Maybe some family will pitch in with me. Ha!

I couldn't resist. We did buy these cuties.

The chipmunks were $4.99 each I think.

And this little Dino (my son named him ChiChi - "because he's so cute") was $29.99. Seemed cheap after all the dinosaurs that started in the hundred and went all the way up to $12,000!!! [emoji15]

I want to get this one once we plant the banana tree I want.

Just wanted to share!

Right. It's where you turn to go to College Station. It's been a few years since I've made that drive to A & M and had forgotten the name of that yard decor place. Never stopped in though. Did you go across Highway 6 to the fruit & vegetable stand (who's name I also can't remember!)?

CUTE! I spent quite a bit of time just looking at the stuff in the background. So much neat stuff! Such a cute family! BUT where is Mom's pic??? hummmmmm???????

I will be looking for you new design!

Kim

Lol. Mom was busy taking all the pictures. I ended up in one selfie with my daughter. Posted just for you Kim. [emoji5]

Can't WAIT to see the changes!

Please don't get the creepy one of the guy coming out of the ground. EWW!

Lol. No worries there! My kids were like, "Mom! I think that's what a zombie looks like! Is that a zombie?!" I took the picture for a friend that likes creepy characters (born on Halloween so go figure, lol)

Great pictures!!! Love the fox and the lion!! Boy, with all those dinosaurs you can have your own Jurassic Park!
Your kiddos are SUPER CUTE!!

Looking forward to seeing your final design!

Thanks Denise!

Okay, see anything crazy before we sign? Some of the options will be removed but we have them on there still so we'll have HOA approval when we are ready to add them - i.e. Outdoor kitchen.

They're picking up signed page and HOA deposit check in the morning!

I see them! That is going to be great!! LOVE how it all fits in the yard and the design!

Nothing stuck out to me about the equipment (but that is not my strong point). My main thing is our checklist LOL!

Thanks for the sweet smile picture of Mom! So sweet looking!

Kim

Thank you! I feel like the shelf and the steps still need a little tweaking to appease my need for symmetry but since that won't effect price and we have time before the mortgage company and HOA are done with their part, I didn't want to totally stress out my PB with my OCD at this stage. Lol. I figured worst case I can work with the gunite crew directly even to get them just right.

We made some design selections too! The pictures don't do it justice but...

And one we need some help with!

The tile will be Woodridge Quartzite. The spa would have the Harlequin pattern shown. We were told today they don't have it in 1x1 we were thinking for the waterline and aren't likely to get it soon. They have it in 1x2 and 2x2 though. The picture on the top left is of the quartzite. The one on the right is just an online picture with how a "square" would look. The others are just pictures I found of the 1x2 and 2x2 patterns. What do you guys think?

The travertine would be Ivory Rustic (that's Bridgeport in my picture and they're similar). The split face would be Noce and Ivory.

The dilemma there is whether to do the larger, darker Noce on the middle bond beam and the lighter, smaller Ivory on the columns or to flip that.

She's also dropping off a box of Prism Matrix plaster samples in the morning. A little torn between Deep Sea Blue (Spool's beautiful color) and Indigo Blue - which is less black bottom so may not heat up our water as much and we could have a little visible bling on the benches and steps.

(And the mini planks are what we're considering for a kitchen back splash. Are you guys up for helping with kitchen, floor, and shower selections too?)
