Not sure what you mean about "new" caps - in my experience we have always had colored caps for the specific tests. Green for TA (7, 8, 9), blue for CH (10, 11L, 12), yellow for chlorine (600, 3, 870, 871), red for pH . The only exception is R-0013. Perhaps there was some sort of shortage in the past? If you order a refill set this year, @pb4uswim , you'll get colored caps.
The above picture is from the TF test kit web site. As you can see, it depicts different caps for the two refill sets. Thanks for confirming that either set will have the colored caps. FWIW, my original kit had all white caps as shown in the TF-100 refill picture. What Newdude meant by “new caps” is the caps that come with my new reagents that I will be ordering with one of these refill kits.
Taking new (accurate) product pictures is definitely on the to-do list! Sorry for the confusion and thanks for the clarification.
