Android/iPhone control of Intellitouch and Easytouch

Has anyone put together a features matrix comparing the ScreenLogicII to the Autelis? I am about to have an EasyTouch system installed and am trying to decide between these two methods for remote/compute control.

So, the Autelis only handles request/response from web to Pentair panel and has no other capabilities, right? So, the alerts I have read about here... are they just alerts generated as a result of a web based request? Or can the Autelis pass on alerts based on Pentair conditions at the panel without user request?

It is my understanding that SL2 will send alerts when certain conditions exist... salt low... IntelliChem needs attention, etc. Do these come from the panel and get sent by converter box? or by SL2 PC software?

I will be setting my system up next week...

No, the Autelis does monitor for events and can then send an email based on those. This is done automatically, so the Autelis is polling the Intellitouch/Easytouch bus for these messages. I posted a picture of the Alerts page previously (in this thread?) so you can see the kinds of alerts that can be monitored. All of this occurs without user intervention. I think there is a way to get this to do text messages, but I've not tried it.

Not sure if this the proper thread to ask, but are there any indication as to when this will be available for sale again?
Also, their website says they've gone away from their wireless option, what can be used in it's place besides a hard wire?

Thanks, this reads like a much better option than Pentairs wireless (520546) and look forward to trying it.

Nobody seems to know. I tried contacting the site owner and got a fairly vague response on when it might be available again. I ended up purchasing the ScreenLogic 2 and it is working just fine and met my needs.

Ditto on that. Was looking at the Autelis but since we are now in the middle of the construction process had to go with the Screenlogic. More money but at least I can count on Pentair to have equipment/warranty/service.
