All lights flashing!!

Good day,
I recently was called to troubleshoot an iChlor20 where the salt is flashing red, cell is flashing red and flow is flashing green. With that the display shows FLOW. Pump is VSP set to 3100rpm and filter cartridge was removed to eliminate restrictions. I am waiting for a replacement Intelliwand as mine took a swim. Any suggestions? Yes I looked on the Pentair and nothing regarding this situation.
Salt is 4200, stabilizer is 80, alkalinity is 100.

Sorry no help from me.... I have not seen that problem before, but to be honest, we don't see many iChlor SWCGs...
