All done!

The one thing I would work on is getting some clean sand in there after the inspection to put between the pipes that are on top of each other to keep them from rubbing together.
Yes indeed, I asked him what they were going to use to fill in trench bc I was worried they were gonna use what was pulled out (limestone boulders and some soil) and he said they would bring in fill dirt. Is it ok that they bend the pipes around the corner instead of cutting and using fittings??

Here is the plumbing and equipment-how does it look?View attachment 399260View attachment 399259
Looking at your pipes that go under your drain pipe, I would ensure there is good fill around that to prevent rubbing. Also, it may be good to put a sheet of plastic or similar between the drain pipe and the pool plumbing as an "indicator". If for some reason in the future you need to dig in that area, then that "indicator" alerts you that you have dual pipes there, i.e. drain pipe and pool plumbing. Also, I would mark on the wall of the house the line of direction of that drain pipe. You may never need it but at least you know there are multiple pipes in that area.

Thank you much, that is a great idea!

I was looking at the pool today and noticed that there is a wire that runs straight across the back wall of my pool that is exposed now (it was buried in the gunite before)—anyone know what it is and if I should be concerned?

Indeed it does look like the wire they used to make sure it was plumb and unfortunately it seems there is already some minor rust forming! I sent my PB the pics about an hour ago-hopefully they get someone over before it gets bad!
