Can someone tell me what the difference is between Total Alkalinity and Adjusted Total Alkalinity? On my last PS analysis my TA was 143 but the Adjusted TA was 93.

TFP does not bother with adjusted alkalinity. Poolmath manages any adjustments to chemical additions.
The article describes the difference -- but essentially a portion of the TA is from the CYA in the water. Depending on pH depends on how much.
Pool stores subtract it from TA so they can show you a lower alkalinity level and convince you to by overpriced baking soda or soda ash.
Lol! I like this forum! I did purchase the Taylor k-2006. I was just comparing numbers and was wondering what that meant.
