Algae stopped, still foggy - Now What?

I have been slamming for about a week and a half now. Scrubbing and trying to get out every piece of organic material I can find. I tested with my 6-Way testing kit and here are my numbers.

FC - 5+
pH - 7.2
TA - 120
CH - 0
CYA - 100

How do I get this thing clear?
