Algae problem starting?

I noticed this just yesterday when scrubbing the pool. It's hard to tell by the video but the last brush I believe you can see it. Is this an algae build up? All my levels are fine and chlorine levels have not dropped, so I wouldn't expect algae to form...

Gee, I just can't tell from the video. While your water looks very clear, if what you are seeing when you brush is a light green plume of dust, then it probably it algae. If it's slightly brown, it could just be dust that settled. I think it's too late in the year to be pollen. If still in doubt, you can post a full set of numbers for us to compare more specifics.
