I've got some persistent algae on my pebble tech. Just some dark spots around the steps. Of course, once I add algaecide to kill it, then the water gets hazy/cloudy.

Can I treat for the algae and haziness at the same time? Is Natural Chemistry Pool First Aid the right thing to use to treat the haze? Should I also be adding Natural Chemistry Phosfree as I treat for algae and the haze?

Algaecide is not to be used when algae is present and is not necessary at all if you follow TFPC methods.

None of those pool store potions are needed. You need chlorine. Most likely a SLAM Process.

How do you test your water? How do you chlorinate?
