I have narrowed an air leak down to the skimmer side of my skimmer/main drain divertor. If I tighten up the union coupler, the leak goes away, but I can no longer turn the diverter valve handle. Any simple fixes here?

The union coupler is not part of the valve correct? Can you post a picture of the setup. There are o-ring replacement kits of the diverter if that is where the leak is?
