My pool is blowing air from one jet but not the other. Water level is fine and no air at pump, I am really confused?

A couple things:
1 - Are you sure it's air? Do you use a salt water generator? Your signature is blank, so please be sure to update your sig. An SWG releases gas that look like champagne bubbles while generating.
**** If you don't have a SWG, then perhaps there is a suction side air leak pulling air into the system. We can look into that more if needed.
2- Some of your return jets are probably plumbed together in a single (series) line. In other words, bubbles are likely to get released from the first jet they come to, then some from the second, then not so much after that. Do you have any pics of your return jet plumbing?
