Air Bubble Build in Pump - Spa Mode

I was worried for a while that I had developed a leak over the winter but after employing my daughter to mask up and watch the suctions in the Spa, 'we' discovered that the air jets on the spa had some of their bubbles taken in by the suction.

If we run the spa for a couple hours, the result is a large air bubble covering almost the window of our pump.

I assume this isn't an issue since it clears when we roll to pool mode, and after it primes the bubble is gone.

My questions: have people run into this and is there a solution I should adopt? Like point jets up a touch (they are currently horizontal)?

Is the air bubble in the pump causing any problems?

Having an air bubble like you describe is not indicative of a problem.
