AGP in the UK & considering a bioheater diesel/propane based heater - anyone any experience with please?

I came across this site which sells various enclosures when I was looking for a new liner for my pool - Swimming-Pool-Enclosures Maybe the Abrimobile enclosure might work for an above ground pool.

For planning permission a pool enclosure can potentially be permitted as "permitted development" without planning permission. There are some rules are in section E of Permitted development rights for householders: technical guidance

Also Indoor swimming pool - Swimming pools - Planning Portal points towards enclosure being classified under "outbuildings" rules.

Thanks - yup, just googled some heat pump install manuals and they all seem to say that - ok, will need a separate weather cover for it I guess outside the enclosure, will need to make sure I have room for that too...

I've read up on all the planning permission / permitted development rights but need my local council to confirm; just checked and it was 13 days ago I messaged - they're supposed to respond in 5 days. Sigh. Will chase them up again!

No need to cover it, they're built to sit out in the elements. I even run mine when it's raining.
