I did not forget about the picture... I have it on iPad, but have a hard time adding it to the post from the iPad. I did not do anything with the section where the ladder hooks to, I left it alone. I was going to remove it, but it does not bother me, and if I want to change ladder at some pointi cansell the whole set up. I used 3/8 4" lags in the holes that were already there.
