Adding Chlorine and still have a cloudy pool

I have a 22000-gallon pool with an SWG. I am adding chlorine about 64 oz to keep the pool clean. Here is my last full test

FC = .2
CC = .6
PH = 7.8
TA = 150
CH = 250
CYA = 20
Salt = 3
Temp = 80
SWG setting = 40%

I just added Borax because PH was a 7.0, this week. I have not done anything around TA. This started at the end of last year and I had a company open up my pool this year and they told me they don’t see anything wrong with any equitment or issues in the pool, but here I am.

How did you test your pool water chemistry?
With a cloudy pool, you need to do a Overnight Chlorine Loss Test. The results of that will guide you on your next steps.
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.

With your high TA, adding borax may have caused the cloudy water. If so, it should clear. Also, use aeration to raise pH when TA is high.
