Hey all, so my pool has been drained due to sky-high CYA, and it is currently filling. My question is, what order, if any, should I add chemicals? Should I SLAM it right away? I appreciate your input!

Your a little ahead of yourself. You must post test results. No one can tell you what to put in unless we already know what's there.
Understood. Didn't realize I should test the tap water. I will post results tomorrow!

I drained everything except for the few inches the sump pump couldn't get, and am replacing it with city water.
Pick up some chlorine and stabilizer/CYA. Read through pool school at the top of the page, start with the ABCs of pool water chemistry and the recommended levels and chemicals you should be good to go.
