Acid wash delay after pebblesheen install?

Hello.
Builder is "behind" our schedule and would like to install pebblesheen this Friday and acid wash next Monday.
Is this acceptable? We thought it needed to be done the day after?
Just looking for some reassurance that this is acceptable.

Welcome to TFP.

I would say it is not desirable for new plaster to sit exposed for 3 days. Especially if you have hot sunny weather. You can end up with shrinkage cracks. The plaster cures when it is submerged in water.

If the plaster company does not want to work on Saturday then ask them to reschedule your application. Companies that are "behind" work on Saturday to catch up.
