Above ground pool drainage

I had my 24 foot pool installed master year. After the company installed it I put some river rock around the bottom that is almost 8in deep around the whole pool until it tapers off into the lower part of my yard. I have noticed that I have had a lot of water sitting u set the rocks that is neither draining or drying up. It it mainly rain water that settles in there. There is a swirl about 5-10 feet behind the pool to divert any flowing water from the yard. I’m looking for some suggestions. The last thing I want to do is ruin this brand new pool.

I don’t have a good idea of your grades but if the soil will not absorb the water and there is not a natural slope to drain the water then you need to construct a drain or use a pump to move the water away.
