The Intermatic series of mechanical timers are reliable, and widely used as pool timers.
intermatic t101. i have 2 of them. one runs the main pump and filter, the other one runs pump for my solar heater.
Yes the intermatic t101. Been using one for outdoor seasonal lighting for over 20yrs and the original is still working just fine. Plus they still make it so that also tells me it's a quality product.
very good product. mine has been outside in the elements year round for almost 4 years. plus you can put almost as many of the on and off pins that you want. i have my pump set to come on in the morning for 2 hours and then in the evening for 3 hours.
I have the T101R 24 Hour Dial Timer which is good for up to 40amps. It's been rock solid for the last 2 years
