Need help wireing a PB4-60 booster pump

I have new PB4-60 booster pump and need help wiring it? There are connections inside numbered and I have power wires black,white and ground to connect. I know where the green ground goes but what about the other two? I lost track when I took the old one loose!

I assume it is 120v based on the white and black, but that's a dangerous assumption to make. Can you verify?
