Guess the pool timer died its an intermatic PF1102T and it is about 10+years old. Should I change out the whole unit or is there usually 1 thing that goes wrong related to the timer?
Just installed a brand new complete timer and its still not turning off. Even with the tab closed it still runs but now it does turn , so the only other thing it can be would be the relay?
The freeze protection portion of those timers sometimes get stuck on. Try turning the freeze protection knob all the way through it's range and then back down to the coldest setting and see if that gets it unstuck.
