Just wondering if I can use a vacuum hose to bring water from my solar panels back to the pool. The reason I ask is because its a 20 foot run and the longest hose I can find is 6 ft and its a hassle to splice them. Thanks !

Why not use PVC pipe? Or PVC hose? Slapping on some primer and solvent and a coupler is not that hard.
A hose might work, but it adds a lot of head loss and lowers flow rate due to all the grooves.

I know my Ace hardware sells it by the foot off a huge roll. I think they call it spa hose or something like that. Or at a pool store (one that does installations). Be ready for sticker shock though.
Where are you running it? If just along the ground, you could use hard PVC for that part and the flex for the ends as needed.

It is along the ground. I have never worked with pvc but I have a handyman that can do it this weekend. Might as well hard plumb everything. Thanks for the advice.
