In Hawaii, Plumeria bloom after the rainy season.....usually about two weeks or so after we get rain in March/April. Hope this helps.

Bumping an old post.
The seed pod produced lots of seeds. Only 3 plumeria survived. Still pretty cool. Here they are today. They haven't bloomed yet. I have read that they could be a different color than the parent plant. We'll have to wait and see.
