7 Point drop in FC today?

I'm just coming off of a Mustard Algae slam, thus I've had the SWCG turned off. My FC began at 19 this morning and measured 12 at 3:30PM this afternoon.
The pool is crystal clear spotless, other then a couple of leaves that have blown in today. Filter was cleaned yesterday and pool has had direct sun on it most of the day today.
Does a 7 point drop sound about right under these circumstances? I've gone ahead and turned the SWCG back on half power and plan to measure again this evening.

Also not sure if this matters, pool is currently around 70 degrees and the outside air temp is around 80.

In your climate, with a CYA I assume of 70 ppm or less, that level of FC loss is not alarming. It should be at or little under 3 ppm when you are in the target range for your CYA.

Thank you. I'm going to check my CYA shortly as I'm guessing it may be down a bit. Appreciate the quick response!
