Aqualink in-ground. The filter pump stopped working. It has an "Eaton BQ220230 20A/30A DP Circuit Breaker" in the power center, BUT only two on the four lugs have 120v? It has the separate metal bar that turns of the outer two switches on the breaker and the inner two turn off together!. Never had a "4" lug breaker before. At first, I thought the motor was bad, but sounds like the breaker, wouldn't you say! Help please?!!

Welcome to TFP!!!I think this would be a lot easier if you provided pictures. Almost sounds like only half of the power center has power supplied to it ... only one of the two lines required for 230V power.
