You can also check with Warehouse Pool Supply for the reagent, I would just call first and see if they have it. From your pictures you do not have a heavy algae bloom so the filter pressure may not go up. As long as the pressure gauge goes to 0 when it is off it should be fine. If it does not go to 0 when off then you need to replace the gauge.
