Thermostat pool timer

Yep..Intermatic makes one and I have it. Works great! I had a basic timer from Intermatic and was able to order and just change out the internal works.

Is the idea to turn on the circulation pump when the temperature gets to near freezing?

Nice! I was mostly just curious about it as it wouldnt work well for me here in NE. But i was reading another thread about not closing a pool in winter and asking if an inch or two of ice build up would be a problem. So i figured there must be a thermotimer and if not I should make one!!! Lol
Foobert yeah sort of like that but was thinking of a digital house thermostat turning the pump on instead of a furnace
