Logging test results, anyone have a good calendar?

Does anyone have a good calendar-type template to log test results? I have made and printed out an Outlook calendar with daily appointments for Alk, Cal. Chlor., CYA, and pH, which I fill in on days I test, and make notes of what I added, but Im betting someone has come up with a better idea-thoughts?

I, along with several other members, have created an excel spreadsheet to log pool chems. You can search for pool log and pick the one you like best if you're interested in that.

I use the Excel one also. Works great.
