Pump's making strong noise

Hello, I'm new and that's my first post but I have to say: amazing site!!!

I have an intex sand filter and pump and for the last few days, the pump started to make noise that is much more noisy than usual. i can hera it even with a closed window.
I tries to see what could be the reason, but had no idea....

Hope someone from this amazins support group will help me...

Also hope the pump is not dying.

Check the water level in the skimmer, make sure it's okay and you aren't getting a vortex in the suction side. AIr in the pump can cause cavitation, which gets loud. beyond that, maybe video it and upload on youtube so people can listen.
