Help after draining pool

So I have been battling extremely high cya . I had 3 stores (2 of same one) test it and two of the stores said I had 99 but they only test to that but the other one not a big chain store tested it at 151. I moved into the house 2 years ago this august and not sure if pool had ever been partially drained but the lady was just throwing in tablets since her swg cell died. Anyway pool is filled and here are my initial results
TC 3
PH 7.8
TA 120
FC 2.5
CH 250
CYA filled tube dot never went away so probably none since its a fresh fill

What order would you recommend addressing the chemicals?

Correct you have 0 CYA. Get some CYA dissolving in a sock in front of a return jet (target 30-40ppm initially) and maintain adequate FC.

Everything else is fine for now. Watch the pH and lower it if it hits 8.
