If you have all the broken parts you can try fixing it using two part epoxy.
The impeller needs to be balanced, so use same amount of epoxy between broken and good fins to keep it balanced.
Intex does not sell impellers, they prefer to sell you a new filter instead.

I figured that. I assume they simply slap a sticker on the pump and sell it. It was sheared off at the shaft. Figured gluing it would simply add weeks the pump. And I was just frustrated with it at this point. But thanks for answering!
